STUFFED CHICKEN PARMIGIANA

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup oil
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 packet Chicken Parmesan Sheet Pan Seasoning
½ cup marinara sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray for easy clean-up (you can also line the sheet pan with non-stick foil). In a resealable bag, combine mix, oil and chicken breasts. Close bag securely and squeeze bag to thoroughly coat the meat.
Place chicken on prepared sheet pan and carefully cut a deep slit into each breast without cutting all the way through. Stuff with 2-3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, close edges with a toothpick to seal. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with marinara sauce.
